Our return policy lasts 30 days. All feeders are guaranteed 100%. If you need a different size grate - just contact us and we will help you choose the best size of grate opening for your hay and we will get it to you free of charge. All we ask is that you send us back the original grate. See "exchanges" below.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please call us and we will make it right with you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange a grate, send us an email at JJohnson@SavvyFeeder.com or call us at 701.793.7279. We will send you a new grate with the agreement that you send the original grate to: The Creative Horse, LLC, 1354 Iowa Ave, Bode IA 50519, United States.
To return your Savvy Feeder or grate, contact us and we will email you a return shipping label, completely free of charge. Then box up your Savvy Feeder in the original box (or another one that is 24x24x18) and take it to either Fed Ex or SpeeDee, depending on the original carrier service.
Upon receiving the returned Savvy Feeder, your refund will be issued immediately.
